We’re looking to add a 2nd shift Paint Prep Technician to our team, responsible for preparing parts for coating through cleaning, masking, and setup.
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30am
Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour (2nd shift, includes $2 shift differential)
Position Overview:
- Prepare products for liquid paint coating
- Identify, locate and setup parts to be processed
- Blow off sand or debris
- Wash products using a power washer
- Move pallets and parts between wash and powder/liquid coating line
- Operate a forklift
Expectations for All Employees:
- Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting and documentation of quality control and material movement
- Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping
- Perform self-inspection and other required quality control functions at the employee’s workstation
- Perform required Preventive Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated
- Wear personal protective equipment and follow all safety rules and regulations
Lifting requirements:
- Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices are available and recommended.
We’re looking to add a 1st shift Media Blast Technician to our team, focused on preparing parts for high-quality industrial coating.
Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Position Overview:
- Efficiently perform manual labor requiring the use of hand-held or automated surface preparation equipment positioned at the proper angle to effectively remove scale, rust, oil, grease or other surface contaminants in preparation for protective coatings application.
- Assure blasted surfaces are clean and uniform per visual standards.
- Mix and meter blasting media to achieve customer requirements or Company standards.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as full-body blast suit, gloves, steel-toes and air-fed helmet hood while performing blasting operations.
- Apply protective masking as required to protect critical surfaces.
- Operate a forklift, handle or position materials.

We’re looking to add a 2nd shift Industrial Powder Coater to our team, focused on producing high-quality finishes for industrial parts.
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30am
Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour (2nd shift, includes $2 shift differential)
Position Overview:
- Prepare, apply, and execute customer requirements for surface preparation and coating. Ensure quality and consistency are achieved with every customer’s job.
- Ensure preparation compliance – No dirt, oil or other contaminants are present which would have a harmful effect on adhesion, visual appearance, or long-term coating integrity.
- Ensure adequate dry/cure time before handling projects to prevent damage due to air-borne contamination, finger marks, or scratches resulting from premature handling.
- Ensure that paint is applied using the manufacturer's specifications to achieve a finished product that does not have runs, sags, thin spots, or other defects.
- Recognize when to adjust the paint process for temperature and humidity variables to ensure a quality product that meets customers specifications is produced.
- Conducting defect/repair work, blending areas to achieve excellent adhesion and smooth surfaces without blemishes.
- Achieving uniform coating thickness without runs, sags, thin or heavy spots.
- Keep the work area clean and free from hazardous situations.
- Clean and maintain painting and mixing equipment. Ensure that electrical grounds and air filtration systems are monitored, logged, and cleaned to manage effectiveness and compliance with applicable state/federal codes.
- Responsible for adding to satellite accumulation.
- Accurately record the raw material inventory by keeping it labeled, secured, and stored in designated locations.
